Estimated Length: Open Ended 7:30am to 3:30pm. Requirements Duties/Responsibilities: Candidate with experience and overall knowledge of inventory procedures, ware housing and stores operations. The candidate must be able to perform frequent bending and lifting. Some of the lifting will require lifting of boxes that weight 50 pounds. Understanding and commitment to the Home’s core values and philosophy that residents come first is essential. The hours are 7:30am to 3:30pm. 1. Order stock to maintain on-hand supply of inventory sufficient to meet routine institutional requirements. 2. Receive inventory and check against purchase orders, invoices and packing slips. 3. Fill requisitions from various departments for routine supplies and deliver in a timely manner. 4. Maintain accurate inventory records to monitor and control stock levels. 5.Tag all new equipment and maintain necessary equipment records. 6. Incumbents may also perform journey level activities, under supervision or after receiving detailed instructions.
