• This is an ‘Administrative Coordinator’ Consultant Role (not IT-related). [1 of 3 positions]
• CONSULTANT WILL NEED TO BE ONSITE UPON START FOR 1 WEEK FOR TRAINING. THEREAFTER, CONSULTANT CAN WORK REMOTELY. HOWEVER, CONSULTANT MUST BE READILY AVAILABLE TO COME ONSITE AS NEEDED BY THE ASSIGNED MANAGER (AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE).

We are hiring motivated and energetic Administrative Coordinator professional to join our team. This role will provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, which includes conducting transactional actions in our (ATS) Applicant Tracking system. This position will provide administrative support to the Director of Talent Acquisition, Senior Managers within Talent Acquisition, and Talent Acquisition team members and perform special projects (often with tight deadlines) as directed by the Director of Talent Acquisition.
The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Creating job requisitions
• Updating or adding applicant profiles
• Updating Applicant Dispositions as they move through the Recruitment Lifecycle in an ATS system
• Maintains filing systems as assigned.
• Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.
• Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
• Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings.
• Records and distributes minutes or other records for meetings.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and exercise tactful judgement when interacting with both internal and external clients
• Must have ability to work as part of a team
• Proficiency in working in an ATS system required
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Education and Experience:
Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
Three years of experience in an administrative role
Two years of experience in an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) preferred
